My-files.com offers encrypted access to the my-files.com server. The data is transferred using SSL (Secure Socket Layer), a protocol developed specifically for secure data transfer on the Internet. It uses a combination of symmetric and asymmetric encryption processes, offers a high rate of basic security and is supported by both Netscape and Microsoft browsers.
