My Docs Online, founded in 1998, provides internet-based file storage and collaboration services. Our products and technology include single-user and workgroup applications delivered via the Web, branded and co-branded products created through partnerships, and wireless products designed for mobile professionals.

The My Docs Online ASP products provide users with secure online file storage for backing up, accessing, and sharing critical files. Files can be accessed, shared, or delivered via web link, email attachment, or facsimile, using virtually any internet-connected device.

My Docs Online customers store, manage, and distribute files and documents using work and home PCs, wireless PDAs, and internet-enabled mobile phones.

The My Docs Online suite of wireless web applications allows users of mobile devices to translate and read file attachments, deliver files via fax or email, and wirelessly edit complex documents and forms.

Our customers also use our products to communicate with their own customers, move very large files to and from customers, and link mobile and geographically dispersed workgroups, without requiring a complex and expensive IT infrastructure.

To share files with other users first you must login to your My Docs Online! account. After you have logged in you must chose the file you want to give by clicking on its associated select radio button from either the "My Files" or the "Files From Others" sections. Then you must click on the "Give to others" button below the file names. After you have done this you will see the give files to others screen. In the first box you can type the e-mail or User ID of the person that you wish to send the file to. In the second box you may enter in a comment that the user will see when they receive the file. In the following boxes you may enter in multiple users that will also receive the file if you wish to. Once you are done click on the "done" button and the file will be sent to the corresponding users. 

The My Docs Online! development team is comprised of former Senior Principal Computer Scientists from a leading Internet security firm. Their primary security goals in the design of the My Docs Online! product were to protect the integrity of the user database, and to prevent access to your files or documents without your knowledge or consent.

All user files are safely stored on the My Docs Online! private network servers. These servers are machines that are physically isolated from the public Internet, for security purposes. The My Docs Online! Web server is deployed using a dual-homed configuration, thus providing specialized, application-specific firewall protection to our private network.
